Maintenance

From Wednesday, April 2 to Friday, April 4, maintenance work will take place between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. These will be carried out by the company Veolia.

The work consists of checking/maintaining the central heating system, gas pipe, water pipe and sewer system. The AHU, exhaust fan boxes, roof exhaust fans, electricity and smoke and heat detectors will also be checked.

Maintenance will also be performed at the room level on April 2.

The rooms visited are: 11-1 / 11-2 / 11-3 / 11-4 and 11-10 / 11-11 / 11-12 / 11-13. You do not have to stay home for this. The technician has a key to your room. The following things will be checked:

• the installation work
• the electrics
• heating
• smoke detectors (note: this may cause some noise pollution)
• sink
• lighting

Would you please make sure that the items to be checked are easily accessible?

Washing windows

From 7-4-2025 to 11-4-2025 the windows will be washed. It is not necessary to stay at home. Do you want to make sure the windows and doors are closed and any insect screens have been removed? Open or covered windows will not be washed.
