Treatment tax
Everyone pays treatment levy. The treatment levy reimburses the cost of treating wastewater in water board treatment plants.

If you live in a room with its own facilities, you will pay these charges directly to the GBLT. Tenants of rooms with shared facilities pay the purification levy to Idealis via their service charges. We then take care of the remittance to the GBLT. This is a government decision on which we have no influence.

Water system levy
Water system levy residents reimburse the cost of protection against flooding, clean water and sufficient water. By managing the water level, water boards ensure proper supply and discharge of surface water to prevent flooding and desiccation.
