Our tenants are represented in an active tenants' organisation: Flat Consultation Foundation (SFO). The SFO represents the interests of all tenants and is an important interlocutor for us.

For general questions/complaints about renting at Idealis, you can always contact the SFO ( sfo@wur.nl). They can also mediate if you can't figure something out with your housing manager.
