There are two meeting rooms you can book

• Rise & Relax (at the laundry). Open to everyone from 9 AM to 5 PM. After 5 PM, the room is available only by reservation.
• Bake & Bond (by the tower). Available exclusively by reservation.
• Mix and Meet is a smaller room called Mix and Meet next to the laundry room. This space is intended for study, meetings, and discussions and does not require a reservation. It is accessible 24 hours a day.

Key Collection
If you have made a reservation for a room, you can collect the key on the day of your reservation at the Front Office on Bornsesteeg.

Use of the Rooms
We offer these rooms for meetings, games, relaxation, or shared meals. The rooms are explicitly not intended for (dance) parties, loud music, DJs, etc. After use, we expect the space to be cleaned by the user. Idealis provides an extra cleaning once a week. The person who made the reservation is always responsible for what happens in the room and how it is left behind.
