Welcome
After you have digitally signed your rental agreement, you can get the keys to your room during opening hours collect from the administrators at Bornsesteeg 1. You can collect the key from the day your contract starts.

Coming outside these times or on weekends? Please contact the administrator. He can then work with you to find a solution for issuing keys outside opening hours. Do not take keys from the previous tenant.

Arrived at your room? We would like to hear from you if everything is fine. Is this not the case? Please report this within 5 days of receiving the keys. Check the checklist What to look out for.

Register municipality
Don't forget to register with the municipality of Wageningen. You can do this online with your DigiD or plan an appointment in. Visiting address: Markt 22, Wageningen.

Notify your move in time. This can be done within four weeks before or no later than five days after your address changes.

Getting to know department
What could be cozier than cooking, having drinks and celebrating with other students? Introduce yourself to your fellow residents. An initiative on your part, is the first step towards cosy living together.
