Welcome
Once you have digitally signed your tenancy agreement, you can collect the keys to your room during opening hours at the Front Office at Bornsesteeg 1. You can collect the keys from the starting date of your tenancy agreement onwards. 

Are you coming outside these times or in the weekend? Please contact the housing manager before you leave. He can then find a solution with you for handing out the keys outside of opening hours. Do not accept keys from the previous tenant.

Arrived at your room? We would like to hear from you if everything is in order. If not? Then report this to the housing manager within 5 days after you have received the keys. Look at the checklist that you should pay attention to.

Register municipality
Don't forget to register with the municipality of Wageningen. You can arrange this online with DigiD or you can schedule an appointment. Visiting address: Markt 22, Wageningen

Report your move on time. This can be done within four weeks before or at the latest five days after your address changes.

Introduce yourself to your co-tenants. An initiative from your side is the first step towards pleasantly living together.
