Internet/Wifi (Ziggo)
Idealis has a contract with Ziggo. This gives tenants access to a radio/TV and Internet connection at a reduced rate. Idealis is not responsible for the quality/speed of the connection and/or malfunctions. For this you must contact Ziggo's Ittdesk.
Establishing an Internet connection
In the folder of Ittdesk you can find out how to connect to the internet. To do this, you have to buy your own cable or router with wifi. How to install the router can be seen on this video. For other questions, contact the Ittdesk on 085 - 014 04 70 or 085 014 01 41.
Is your internet not working?
Check the Facebook page or the Twitter channel of Ittdesk to see if it is a problem that is already known.

Subscription
For radio/tv/internet in your house/room you use the services of Ziggo. You pay an amount for this in the service costs. If at any time KPN or another party installs a connection point in your room/house, you can decide to take out a subscription. But keep in mind that the services of Ziggo will continue to exist (incl. the costs in the service costs).
