Idealis has concluded a contract with Ziggo. This gives you, as a tenant, a radio/TV and internet connection at a reduced rate. Idealis is not responsible for the quality/speed of the connection and/or malfunctions. You should contact Ziggo's IT desk for this.



Establishing an Internet connection
At the leaflet from Ittdesk you can read how to establish the internet connection. For this, you buy yourself a cable or router with wifi. How to install the router can be seen at this video. For questions, contact Ittdesk by calling: 085 014 04 70 or 085 014 01 41.

Connection
For radio/tv/internet in your home/room, you will use Ziggo's services. You pay an amount for this in the service costs. If at any time KPN or another party installs a connection point in your room/house, you can use this and take out a subscription. But keep in mind that Ziggo's services will continue to exist (incl, the costs in the service costs).
