Collect
You can arrange the key transfer with the previous tenant or your roommates. They will hand over the key to you. If they are not able to do so, you can arrange the handover via the housing manager's office at the Bornsesteeg 1.

Order extra keys
You can order extra keys. You should bring your tenancy agreement and proof of identity with you when you apply for extra keys. You do not have to pay a deposit. If you do not return the extra key(s) when your contract ends, we will charge € 25 per key. Have you paid a deposit for an extra key in the past? Then you will of course get this back when you return the key(s).
